The agreements concluded are sealed by a specific agreement – a mutual concession agreement. The form of such an agreement is arbitrary, but the text should contain the following: it has been found that the establishment of effective partnerships requires time and clear agreements on the basis of mutual trust and the objectives, objectives, roles and responsibilities agreed together, and that partnerships must also reflect the interests of the communities concerned.
